Community Relational Training

A Community of Practice

Community Relational Training is not about controlling behavior, but about remembering the values that guide us back into the right relationship, especially when each person understands their responsibility to listen, respect, and help restore balance when it is lost.

Facilitating spaces for dialogue, healing, and relational repair can be deeply meaningful work—but it is not work that should be carried alone. Those who hold space for others often encounter complex emotions, sensitive conversations, and the weight of community expectations. There is also a tremendous amount of compassion fatigue and burnout. For this reason, one of the most important supports for facilitators is connection with other facilitators who share a commitment.

The CRT Facilitators Sacred Sons Community exists to nurture this ongoing connection. It offers opportunities for peer support, collaborative learning, mentorship, and continued development as facilitators grow in experience and confidence. Within this network, facilitators are encouraged to ask questions, share challenges, celebrate successes, and support one another in holding spaces that are grounded in dignity, safety, and care.

Join the CRT Private Space in the Sacred Sons Circle App - this is your mothership to help you stay connected and learn about upcoming mentorship and continued learning opportunities. As well as stay connected to everyone in this network who have been trained on CRT.

Together, this community becomes more than a professional network—it becomes a circle of practitioners dedicated to cultivating healthier relationships, stronger communities, and spaces where honest dialogue and healing can continue to unfold.
