Module 10

Community Relational Facilitation Planning & Evaluation Form

The training culminates with a practicum: design, produce, and facilitate an offering to your community.

Community Relational Training

Your Information

The training culminates with a final project. All participants design, produce, and facilitate an offering to their community, such as a one-day workshop, a mini-class, a co-ed retreat, a sharing circle, or support facilitating at Remembrance by Sacred Sons.

This form is meant to support your approach to the practicum by preparing, implementing, and evaluating a community dialogue or community relational gathering. It integrates ethical awareness, trauma-informed practice, and peer accountability to strengthen community-based facilitation.

After you have your case study with your monitoring and evaluation, there will be heart seat review exchange and learning. This final project is the “practicum” required to receive your CRT completion certificate.
