Module 11
CRT Facilitator Agreement
The CRT Facilitator Agreement — commitments held by every certified facilitator.
Community Relational Training

Community Relational Training Framework
Commitment to Safe and Trauma-Informed Facilitation
As a certified facilitator, I acknowledge that individuals entering relational healing spaces may carry personal, collective, and historical trauma. I commit to creating environments that prioritize psychological safety, consent, and participant autonomy.
I agree to practice trauma-informed facilitation by:
- Allowing participants to choose their level of engagement
- Respecting emotional and physical boundaries
- Avoiding pressure to disclose personal experiences
- Maintaining appropriate pacing within group processes
- Encouraging participants to seek professional clinical support when needed
I understand that this training does not authorize me to provide psychotherapy unless I hold appropriate licensure independently obtained.
Ethical Use of Facilitation Power
Facilitators hold significant influence within group environments. I agree to exercise this role with humility, integrity, and transparency.
Confidentiality
I agree to respect the confidentiality of all participants and the stories shared within facilitated spaces. Personal disclosures, experiences, or identifying details shared within a group setting will not be shared publicly without explicit written consent. Confidentiality is foundational to trust and psychological safety in community healing work.
Cultural Respect and Inclusive Facilitation
The Community Relational Framework recognizes that trauma and healing are shaped by culture, gender, history, and lived experience. Facilitators are entrusted to honor this complexity in every circle they hold.
Licensing, Regulation & Scope of Practice
CRT facilitators operating under Sacred Sons Organization are trained in the Collective Repair Therapy framework as developed and defined by this organization. This training prepares facilitators to support relational awareness, group dialogue, and community resilience. It does not confer licensure in mental health, psychology, psychiatry, social work, or any other regulated clinical profession, nor does it certify facilitators as mental health clinicians, trauma therapists, or medical providers. Facilitators are not licensed therapists unless separately credentialed by an independent licensing body.
Sacred Sons Organization operates in accordance with applicable laws and regulations governing peer support, community facilitation, and somatic wellness practices. Facilitators agree to work within these boundaries and to refer participants to licensed professionals whenever clinical, psychiatric, or medical support is appropriate. When in doubt, refer. The integrity of this work depends on facilitators knowing not only what they are trained to do—but what they are not.
Participants are encouraged to consult their local regulatory bodies for jurisdiction-specific guidance on therapeutic and wellness services.
No Medical or Psychiatric Advice
This training manual and the CRT framework do not constitute medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis, treatment, or advice of any kind. The practices, tools, and frameworks presented here are intended for community support, relational healing, and facilitator development—not clinical intervention.
If you or a participant are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal ideation, or require emergency medical care, please contact a licensed healthcare provider immediately or go to the nearest emergency room. In the United States, you may also call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
Third-Party Links and Resources
This manual and associated materials may reference or link to third-party websites, tools, or resources for informational purposes only. Sacred Sons Organization does not endorse, verify, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party resource. Facilitators and participants are encouraged to independently review the terms and privacy policies of any external platform or resource before engaging with it.

All materials provided within this training—including written curriculum, exercises, frameworks, diagrams, models, and facilitation methods—are the intellectual property of the Community Relational Framework and its creators: Adam Jackson Kumu Anna Lisa Kalauokekupukupu Espiritu Abuan McKeon, Kale Kamaki Makauhaole Kaalekahi, and Marni Suu Reynolds, as informed by the PhD dissertation “How We Heal.” These materials are protected under international copyright law.
By participating in this training, facilitators agree that they will not:
- Reproduce training materials for commercial use without written permission
- Teach, license, or certify others in the CRT Framework without explicit authorization
- Publish or distribute training materials publicly without written consent from the creators
Certified facilitators may use the tools and practices learned within this training solely within their own facilitation work and in accordance with the guidelines provided herein.
Permission to Use Materials
Certified facilitators are granted permission to apply the practices and relational tools learned within this training in their own groups, workshops, or community settings. This knowledge carries responsibility. All facilitators are expected to seek permission when sharing teachings beyond their own practice, properly credit their teachers and sources, and carry this work forward with integrity, humility, and respect.
This permission does not grant rights to:
- Train other facilitators in this framework
- Replicate or offer the certification program
- Sell or distribute curriculum materials in any form
Additional licensing and trainer certification pathways may be offered through Sacred Sons Organization. Please inquire directly for more information.
Ongoing Learning and Professional Responsibility
Facilitators acknowledge that effective relational facilitation requires continual personal development, self-reflection, and growth. The facilitator’s own inner work is inseparable from the quality of care they offer others.
Limitation of Liability
The Community Relational Training Framework provides educational tools and relational facilitation practices. By participating in this program, facilitators acknowledge that they are solely responsible for how they apply these tools within their own professional and community settings.
Sacred Sons Organization and its creators are not liable for the independent actions, facilitation decisions, or professional conduct of certified facilitators, nor for any outcomes arising from the application of these practices beyond the scope of this training.
Participant Acknowledgment of Risk
Participants entering CRT circles facilitated by certified facilitators do so voluntarily and assume responsibility for their own level of engagement. Sacred Sons Organization acknowledges that relational healing work may surface difficult emotions, memories, or experiences. While every effort is made to create safe and supportive environments, the organization and its facilitators cannot guarantee specific outcomes and are not liable for emotional, psychological, or physical responses arising from participation. Participants are encouraged to consult a licensed healthcare or mental health provider if they have concerns about their readiness to participate.
Certification Integrity
Certification may be suspended or revoked if a facilitator engages in unethical conduct, misrepresents their training or credentials, or violates the principles outlined in this agreement. Maintaining the integrity of the Community Relational Training Framework ensures that all participants receive safe, honest, and responsible facilitation.
Certification Renewal & Continuing Development
Certification in the Community Relational Training Framework reflects a commitment to ongoing growth, ethical practice, and relational leadership. Because skilled facilitation requires continued self-awareness and development, certification is intended to remain a living practice rather than a one-time credential.
Certified facilitators may be asked to renew their certification periodically in order to remain active within the CRT network. Renewal may include:
- Participation in continuing education or advanced trainings
- Engagement in peer mentorship or supervision circles
- Demonstration of active facilitation practice
- Continued adherence to the ethical standards outlined in this agreement
Renewal processes help maintain the integrity of the framework while ensuring facilitators remain supported, connected, and accountable within a community of practice.
Professional Conduct & Misconduct Policy
Sacred Sons Organization is committed to protecting the safety, dignity, and well-being of all participants who enter facilitated spaces. If concerns arise regarding a certified facilitator’s conduct, the organization reserves the right to review the situation and take appropriate action.
Professional misconduct may include, but is not limited to:
- Violations of participant safety or consent
- Breaches of confidentiality
- Exploitation of participants emotionally, financially, or sexually
- Misrepresentation of certification or training credentials
- Teaching or distributing proprietary materials without authorization
- Any conduct that causes harm or undermines the ethical principles of this framework
If a concern is raised, the organization may initiate a review process that includes dialogue with the facilitator, requests for additional information, and consultation with advisors or mentors. Depending on the circumstances, outcomes may include:
- Guidance and corrective recommendations
- Temporary suspension of certification
- A requirement for additional supervision or training
- Revocation of certification where ethical violations are confirmed
These measures exist not as punishment, but to protect participants, uphold accountability, and preserve the integrity and trust of this relational healing work.
Grievance and Reporting Process
Sacred Sons Organization is committed to providing a clear and accessible pathway for raising concerns about facilitator conduct or the safety of a facilitated space. If you have a concern regarding a certified facilitator, please contact us directly:

Public Representation and Social Media

- Accurately represent the scope and nature of their CRT certification

- Refrain from using Sacred Sons Organization’s name, logo, or branding in any commercial context without prior written permission
