Sacred Sons
Leadership Training Level 2
A Sacred Sons Pathway
What you are about to learn did not come from a textbook. It emerged from the field, from thousands of hours of real work with real men, refined through trial and error until we found what actually creates lasting transformation. This is a living lineage. You are being invited to carry it forward.
You’ve done the inner work.
You’re being asked to lead.
LT2 is the second phase of the Sacred Sons leadership pathway. It bridges the man who has met himself, and the man who can hold space for others.
You completed LT1.
You’ve built the foundation. You’ve met your shadows, sat with your pillars, and done the embodiment work. You’re not running anymore.
You’re being asked to hold space.
A circle of men is forming around you. A brother is in crisis. Your community is calling you forward. You feel the weight of it, and you don’t want to fumble.
You’re ready to move from receiving to leading.
You’ve been held by Sacred Sons facilitators. Now you want the training to do what they did. Not by mimicking, but by understanding the structures and presence underneath it.
You want to carry the lineage.
You’ve felt the difference these processes make. You want to learn them at the source, from the men who built them, and become eligible for the Threshold Experience and Wolfpack pathway.
Ten weeks. Eight processes.
One presence trained as a skill.
Each week you will take a deeper look at a core men’s-work facilitation process that is part of Sacred Sons culture and experience. You will learn the structure, the nuance, the common pitfalls, and the art of holding space in these containers.
The Leader You Already Are
Reframe leadership as something you already do. Locate where you lead well, and where you hide.
Inner Authority + Presence
Train presence as a skill, not a personality trait. Reclaim the inner authority you gave away.
Owning Your Voice
Learn to speak without rehearsing. Let your voice land in the room and trust the container.
Listening & Reflecting
Listen without agenda. Reflect cleanly. Let the mirror do the work.
Ethics, Consent & Boundaries
Set the ethical floor every facilitator must hold. Consent, boundaries, scope of practice.
Navigating Conflict & Disruption
Stay grounded when men bring chaos. Hold the container through conflict, projection, disruption.
Group Processes
Run the core Sacred Sons group processes. The structures behind the moments that change men.
Shadows of Leadership
Meet the shadows of leadership before they meet you. Name what you fear naming.
From Circle Holder to Culture Carrier
Carry the culture, not just the curriculum. From circle holder to lineage carrier.
Integration + Evaluation
Integrate. Anchor what you learned in daily practice. Receive the heart seat from your peers.
Not certification.
Capability.
LT2 doesn’t hand you a credential. It builds the muscle, the framework, and the presence to actually hold men. Here’s what you leave with.
Presence trained as a skill
You’ll know what it feels like to be the container, and what to do when you’re not. We train presence as a skill, not a personality trait. It is developed through practice, through repetition, through showing up again and again until it becomes how we move through the world.
Eight core processes in your hands
The actual moves Sacred Sons facilitators use in the room, broken down so you can run them, adapt them, and know why they work.
A framework for chaos & conflict
What to do when a man brings his resistance, when the circle disrupts, when the projection lands on you. Tested in the field. Specific. Holdable.
Eligibility for the Threshold
Completion unlocks the in-person Threshold Experience, EMX or Convergence. From there the Wolfpack pathway opens, the operational backbone of every Sacred Sons in-person event.
In their own words.
When we facilitate, the room will test us. Men will bring their chaos, their resistance, their projections. In those moments, our presence is the container.
Inner authority is not arrogance. Arrogance is loud because it’s compensating. Inner authority is quiet because it has nothing to prove.
Done well, a reflection can land harder than any insight we might offer because it comes from him, not from us as facilitators. The reflection becomes a mirror, and the mirror does the work.
The container.
10 weekly video sessions
Led by Adam, Kale, and Neil. Each video is a focused teaching on that week’s process and the facilitation framework behind it.
Companion course manual
Every week’s process broken down: structure, nuance, common pitfalls, why it works, why we facilitate it the way we do.
Weekly journal prompts
Each week ends with a single direct question. Your responses are private to you and your record, captured and held.
Self-paced, lifetime access
Move through the work at the rate you can hold. Return to any week, any time. The container stays open.
Two ways in.
Same training, same lifetime access. Choose what fits.
After checkout, your access syncs to your Sacred Sons account.
Honest answers.
Do I need to have completed LT1?
Yes. LT2 builds directly on the inner-work foundation of LT1. Your shadows, your pillars, your embodiment. The processes here assume that ground is laid. If you haven’t been through LT1, start there.
How long do I have to complete the course?
You have lifetime access. The course is designed as a 10-week arc, but you move at the rate your nervous system can integrate. Some men finish in 10 weeks. Some take six months. Both are right.
What happens after I finish Week 10?
Completion makes you eligible for the in-person Threshold Experience, either an EMX (Embodied Masculine Experience, 20 to 60 men) or Convergence (the larger 300-man container). From there, the Wolfpack pathway opens. Sacred Sons’ operational backbone, holding every in-person event.
Is there live support during the course?
The course content is self-paced and on-demand. Live support and cohort containers are offered through the Sacred Sons community pathway after Week 10. The work between you and the material is the work. It’s enough.
I’m not sure I’m ready to facilitate. Is this still for me?
Yes. LT2 isn’t only for men who already lead. It’s also for men who feel the call and want to know what holding space actually requires. By Week 10 you’ll know whether the path is yours to walk. You’ll have the framework either way.
Are you ready?
The question for now is where are you leading well, and where are you hiding. Because most of us do both.
